How Do I Send An E-File

To send your e-file of a project that we will be working with, you must send it as an "attachment". Do not make it a part of your e-mail message. You will find this tab at the bottom of the "e-mail" screen. We accept only these file formats: PDF, TIFF, JPEG (for photos only), AI, EPS, Photo Shop (PSD,PDD), Windows Metafile (WMF), Microsoft Publisher, as a complete document only (PUB) and Corel (CDR).

We do not accept any file created on "Word Pad" , "Printshop" , "PrintMaster" , "Word Perfect" or Logo Creating Software.

Download or copied web page photos reproduce very poor results and may not meet your expectations. If you have any questions about file formats please contact our office.

If you have files now ready for print, you can click this link and simply send them as an attachment. They will come automaticaly to our art department

of your files. This covers the initial file conversion into a production ready format assuming customers files have no identifiable errors or issues. Within this charge we will assist you FREE of charge with 15 min of time on how to correct those errors or issues. After 15 min of FREE assisted time we will bill at the rate of $60.00 per hour in 15 minute increments of time for further assistance involving your project to meet the required objectives. We will also at this time inform you of a rate for creating the complete project within professional production guidelines based on your concept idea. In this way we can save you both additional time and frustration and turn your project into a product meeting your expectations.

We DO NOT Proof  Read Customers Production Files

PDF (Portable Document File) is the ideal way to send your files for production work. If you do not have a way to create a PDF file we suggest you visit this link and try a free demo of "Smart PDF Creator". If this works with your files you can purchase this software at this site. This program works well with most file formats. To be sure download a free demo first and try before you buy.
